My Son is in India right now. He is going to be 2 years in may. he is US citizen. He is with my parents in India now.

I have plan to get my mom along with my son.
What documents I need to show at POE?

my son is in india since 15 months. I heard from some resources that we should get permission letter from police station in India about his travel from Inida to US. Is it true? my kid will be come with my parents to US.
