Need help for the H1B stamping other than india, Canada, mexico

Hi All,

Transferred denied with company A to B, Before I94 expiry filled transfer with company C and started working with the receipt notice.waiting for the decision.
Filled new petition with Company D and got approval.

Need to go for stamping. pls let me know if im eligible to get the stamping with the below country US embassy

Yes. Please make sure to check with concern US consulate whether they accept third country visa applications. If yes then you can plan for obtaining visa from the consulate.
