Hi guys,
I am in a very bad situation hope i will get the correct answers on this. My would be wife holds a multiple entry visit visa. we are planning to get married in india and since we don't have any dates for stamping of h4, I am planning to bring her in her already existing multiple visa.
My first question.
(a) whether she can come in her visit visa after my marriage.
(b) if no then whats the possible way of doing becuase i don't wanna risk in geting the h4 stamp in india.
