I-134 Urgent help needed

Hi,
I am filling in the I-134 affidavit for my in-laws. In section 1, option 'e' should we mention both the I-94 number along with current status or just I-94 number. I have seen in another sample document where it says need to put the current status as well.

Could someone please kindly clear this doubt?
