I hold a UK passport and within this is a US Visa B1/B2 and C1/D.

I have these as I am a flight attendant / cabin crew and visit the United States whilst operating on board etc.

I am due to arrive in United States in Aug 2019 for a family holiday .

Do I need to apply for a ESTA or will my US Visa suffice ?

Your existing US B2 visa would suffice. Or to make it more easy, you can apply for ESTA as well.
