Hello,
We are wanting to sponsor a cousin from India to come to the US for one month to attend a wedding and visit family. My father is retired and doesn't have recent pay stubs. Also, there would be no letter from employer. Would the bank statements be enough to show that we could financially support our cousin while he is here?
Is he more likely to be denied if we don't show the recent pay stubs and letter from employer? Or are the bank statements the most important?
Thank you
