Query about Online DS-160

Hi,

I am trying to connect DS-160 application, previously I couldn't access but now I could click "Start Application" and in the next page it saying to "Select the location where you want to submit the application", in the dropdown I don't see any place from India.
I am just wonder, how is that, bcz I am opening it from US? or application still not working?
Please suggest on this

It is not because you are opening it from the US.

Their site is having problems.
