Cgi website usa visa access blocked

Dear friends

My access to the US visa appointment booking website has been blocked twice in last 5 days. The first time for 72 hours and the second time is ongoing now for 24 hours. I was careful checking the appointment the second time. I checked about 4 times in 24 hours and now I can't login. It always happens after I press the browser back button. The customer care has no clue. Has anyone experienced this before? What is the solution? Should I register a newaccount? Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Restrict the number of use of that site.

They have a policy to control the traffic.

Are you trying to access the site from a public network? or a place where everyone is trying to access the same site?

Even my account is blocked for the last 40hrs. Im running out of time. ..

Sept is my travel date but so slots available till sept.
