Hi,
Because of delay in H1 extensions, I am thinking to invite my spouse on B2 for 2-3 months. He has visited me 3 times already for the same duration in the past on H4.
While going through required document checklist, I see birth certificate as a required document and I don't have it.
My understanding is that the birth certificate is required when I invite my parent. Will marriage certificate not work in my case?
