DS-160 visa issue date

Hello,

In section Travel Information.

How can I get exact Visa Issue Date when it was many years ago and I
have a new passport.

Visa number is not a mandatory field but issue date is. There is no
logic in that.

The same when passport or visa was stolen, how to get previous visa
issue date?
