Question on I-134

On Mar 2nd I have applied visitor visa for my mother and sister but only my mother got the visa. So I am reapplying the visa again for my sister.

While filling I-134 form, for Question no. 9 and 10 should I fill my mother name? Sorry if my question is silly.

That is no. It is only talking about immigrant petitions.

It would have been much help if you had put the exact questions here, while asking them, rather than question numbers. It is inefficient for anyone answering the questions to open up those forms, read the questions and come back and answer the questions.
