Visitor Visa - Who can sponsor (myself or my wife)?

I am on H1B (valid until 2012) and my wife on EAD (valid until August 2010) - Both are working. I did sponsored my parents, for mother in March 2009 and for father in December 2009. Both my mother and father got their visas.

Now, we need to sponsor for my in laws. Who need to sponsor? My wife has an valid EAD until August 2010 and I recently sponsored my father.


Any thoughts?

Anyone can sponsor.

It may be better if your wife sponsors her parents. Closer relationship.

Since her EAD valid until August 2010, will that be an issue on Visa expiration against my in laws?
