Name of Relative in DS-160

Hi,

I have submitted DS-160 of my parents-in-law. Under section of Relatives in US, I have mentioned my wife's name as new name (the one after marriage). However her passport and Visa carry her name she was using before the marriage.

We have the marriage certiificate where both the previous and current names are mentioned.

Is it okay to go ahead and use the same DS-160 or is it advisable to submit new form?
