Hello there
I am a bit confused about my state of residence. I currently live in Mumbai but my permanent residence is Delhi (address mentioned in my passport). I filled in my DS-160 application with my Delhi address. Can I change that now? Also I do not have proof of residence for Mumbai as my apartment is leased on my parents name.
