DS160 submission issues for one of the parent

I have submitted the DS 160 form successfully for my father-in-law after long battle with application issues. While submitting the family application for my mother-in-law On the “Thank You” page, I got the application error. I have already got the Bar code and confirmation page for my father-in-law. Now how to submit the same for my mother-in-law who is going to visa appointment together? Please suggest.

It seems the DS 160 form site is working fine. My question is whether I have to submit a separatre application for my mother-in-law or submit a fresh for my father-in-law and do a family application for my mother-in-law? Please suggest.
