Hi,
My parents applied for visitor visa & rejected on 224(b) section. Now I got new appointment & this time I am applying only for my mother. Will this improve my chance to get visa as my mother will come back as my father is in India.. Also In previos I-134 I address primary to my father & mentioned my mother is going to company him. Now as only my mother is going for visa, will same affidavit will work or I need to prepare new affidavit mentioning only my mother ? Also I am in India at present, so if I need to prepare new I-134 how do I notarized it ?
