urgent!...can kids travel on my passport with me???

I've a Pakistani Passport. My kids are endorsed on my passport and I'm applying for B1/B2 visa. Will my kids be able to get the visa and can they travel on my passport with me or do they need separate passports???

Pls. answer this also:

- If i chose to visit alone to US, does that mean i've to resubmit (new) my DS-160 form mentioning this time that no one else from my family would be going with me (i had mentioned my kids in the previous form) ??

- Can I use my exsisting passport (with my kids endorsed in it) to apply for my individual visa? or i need to first delete my kids from my passport and then apply?? do they object?
