Question regd Visa app

I had sent the visa app for my mother in Dec 09. Assuming that she can come here in March, I wrote in the app that approx date to visit US is March 5th. However since she was not well she is going for her interview only on March 25th.

1.Should the date of visiting US on March 5th be changed by printing another app or can it be left like that and tell the reason when asked?

2.Also the paystubs we sent were till Dec 09. Should I be sending more recent ones or will the ones I sent be valid?

1. It is best to have all the accurate information.

However, in order to make any changes now, you will have to cancel the appointment, fill new DS-160 and take new appointment.

In this case, I recommend that you leave everything as it is.

2. It would be best to send the latest ones.
