Hello I am travelling to Florida on the 24th of April for 2 weeks with my family, my 20 year old son (who is coming with us) was arrested and released without charge on an alledged assult charge which he did not do. Could you tell me does he need a visa to enter the U.S. and if so how long would this take to get and how would i go about getting it?? Thanks for your help I hope to hear from you soon..
