questions to expect when reapplying

We are going to reapply for my mother in laws visa, I was wondering if anyone could give us an idea as to what type of questions can be expected this time, her visa was rejected coz they thought that she was a potential immigrant.

What ans to give for following questions
1. why was your visa rejected?
2. What different have you to show us this time?
3. why should we consider giving you a visa this time?
