My parents have booked an web appointment through ttservices for visitor visa. They have forgot to request the services of a translator. How can i make changes to the existing appointment, saying that i need the services of a translator?

You have to do all that on ttsvisas website.

Most likely, you will have to cancel current appointment and schedule new one with translator.
