B2 Visitor Visa - First Entry into USA

Hi,

Is there a policy about entering USA on B2 Visa for the first time from a Country which is not the same as the country of origin (from where Visa is issued)? Example, Visa issued in India, but first time entry into US on B2 is from Canada.
