Tourist Visa for parents and then H4

Hi All,

I was on H1 visa till Dec 09. I sponsored B2 visa for my parents and they got the visa stamped successfully during Dec 09 beginning. Now I have changed my visa status to H4 (as my husband is on H1).

1. Can my parents travel to USA while I am on H4 visa ?
2. If I change my status to H1 again, is there any issue in my parents travelling to USA ?
