B1/B2 - Tourist Visa DS-160 Application Form

I am planning to bring my mother to US for a visit. While filling DS-160 Form I accidentally opted "NO" for a question "Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the US"

If I would have chosen "YES" it is giving a drop down to choose relation as SON and also my Status (I am a US Citizen)

I have submitted the application and not sure if this is going to become an issue. Can anyone recommend what to do.

When is the interview? If you have time, you can submit a new DS160 & call local consulate to use the updated DS160.
