I applied for B2 visa to visit temporarily but it got denied. In the original application I mentioned my US boyfriend and I got asked a few questions about myself. I want to reapply again and state that i will visit a different city. What should I prepare for the interview if they ask about my bf and previous plan to visit him? How long should I wait until I apply again? What are some suggestions that I can show them that I just wannt visit ? I also traveled to a country in Europe also.

The first requirement for B2 visa is to prove that you've strong ties to your home country & you'll return after the short visit.
Having an USC BF clearly says that your long term goal is to settle down in USA - which makes you disqualify for that visa.
If you are planning to get married in future, then you should apply K1 visa.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
