Appearing for B2 Visa from Canada while H1B is Active

Dear Members,

My H1B got approved from USCIS in July-2008 and then when I appeared for H1B Visa Interview in October 2008 at Mumbai Consulate, I got 221(g). My company DID NOT send me any documents after that so I did not appear for the interview again. That means, my H1B is still pending and active till 2011.

I came to Canada on study permit in 2009 and studying in a college. Now I am appearing for B2 (Visitor Visa) visa Interview in April in Canada. Will be any issues regarding my pending H1B during Visitor Visa Interview?

Please guide me what I should say when VO rise any question on H1B case?
