hi can a wife get a visit visa to visit her husband in USA.
if so then for how long?
what are the possiblites of long term staying??

Can get it but very difficult if immigration petition is already filed for wife.

If granted, duration depends upon consular officer.

If you want to stay long term, wait until your immigration petition is through.

hum well no there has not been any immigration petetion filed for me yet.
so do you think its easy to get what are the possibilites of getting a multiple visit visa..
and one more question if i have multiple vist visa, then aftre how long i have to leave US and can reenter..??
yes i want to stay there for a longer term but canot wait for years til my hubby gets green card..
I canot apply for an R2, since my husband donot have an expired visa..and that woudl be expiring in july...
Please let me knwo the tips on how to get multiple visa..thanks alot!!
