Hi,
We are in a process of getting the B2 visa done for our parents. I have a question regarding the documents to be shown. My father has a house and couple of sites in Bangalore. he also has land in Kerala.
He has the original papers of the property, but they are pretty old, considering they were purchased long ago.
Do we need to evaluate the property's current value? Also wanted to know if we could put an approximate amount for the property in the personal affidavit. Do we need to notarize this affidavit through a CA/Notary.
