Need advice for In Laws Visa Interview

Hello,

I have question regarding visitors visa stamping. Can my in laws go for visa stamping when my wife's OPT EAD is pending?

Ofcourse. Your parents just need a reason to visit USA & ties to prove that they will return back.

As long as your wife stay is "legal" - you can go ahead with their application.
