ds160 for kids

I would like to know how to apply for the kids age 5 yrs and 3 yrs? Who would sign their application?

We were timed out while adding them to the family application and now there is no way to go back and add them.

Please help how to proceed next.

Application process is the same as everyone else.

Parents can sign for the minor child.
