Vistors Visa clarification

Hi,

this is regarding the Vistors visa. I am on L1 A and my husband is here on
L2 -EAD ( working)

1) Wanted to know if my husband can invite his parents when he is on L2 EAD. if yes necessary documents.

2) if above is not possible, can i and my husband invite his parents as
joint.

3) what are the documents required for this invite.

Please help this is urgent.
