Dear Sir/madam, my parents b2 visa got cancelled 7 months ago at the consulate due to address miss match as per my father words he was no nervous when the visa got cancelled can we re apply for the visa and what are the chances moreover my mother father holds Canadian valid visa as well would there be any problem if they are traveling to Canada please advise.

If you are sure about the reason for cancellation, then get the documentary proof of addresses & go ahead to reapply.
