Hi
Since we were planning on inviting my parents to US, my dad is in the process of preparing documents from his side. He has prepared an affidavit comprising of all property, bank balance, pension other income and got it notarized. He has also prepared affidavit of assurance. I have 2 questions for the administrator or senior member:
1)Does he have to get the property/income affidavit prepared by the CA. Or is a statement is enough from CA saying its true since my dad already got it prepared by himself.
2)Does the affidavit of assurance by mom and dad need to be notarized?
Any input from your side would be helpful.
