Number of visits in a year on tourist visa

Hi,
How many times can parents visit US in a year. Last time they came in winters, can they come in the summer again after like a month or 2.
Please reply, I need to book their tickets.

The untold rule is that you are expected to stay in you home country more than what you stayed in USA. If your parents stayed for 6 months in USA, then, they are expected to stay 8-9 months in their home country before coming again. Having said this, I have also read parents visited USA in 6 months intervel. It all depends on the IO at POE.
