Apply B2 for Parents from India

Hi Friends,

I stayed in US from Feb -'09 to Jan -'10. I am again travelling on April . I would like to know whether I can apply Visitor's visa for my parents from India.If so, Please help in the process of applying for the same.

No one else can apply for visitors visa on their behalf.

They have to apply themselves. If they are financially weak, you can show that you will be paying for part or all of the expenses.
