My mother went to chennai consulate before and rejected twice with 214(b).
I am only son living in US and I have one sister with 2 kids in Hyderabad.
She was rejected even before asking for assets and ties in Hyderabad.
She has 3 houses ,more than 1 million bank balance. We want her to come here for just 3-4 months to stay here and see the places around.
We are not knowing how to explain them that she is not a potential Immigrant
My wife is a US citizen and I am GC holder. We both are working as IT professionals
Here are my questions:
1. Can my wife sponsor for my mom .
2.Does being a citizen really help in sponsoring? I want to know the pro's and con's .
