Visitor visa for sister and her kid

Hi,
I'm sponsoring the visitor visa for my sister and her minor daughter (17 yrs). Should I have to provide I-134 for both of them or just for my sister with the child's name included? Also Do I have to send 2 copies of all the docs like Letter from bank, employment letter etc...?

One I-134 with child name included in that. One set of documents is fine.
