Hi,
My parents are retired, and have house and everything in Madhya Pradesh.
My elder brother lives in Delhi. Few months in a year they live with him in Delhi.
It would be easier for them if they get appointment at Delhi.
Since MP falls under Mumbai region, is it possible to get Visa appointment at Delhi since applicant's son lives in Delhi?
How can my parents show that they are now retired and are living with their son in Delhi? All the utility bills at Delhi are on my brother's name.
