urgent visa appointment reschedule

hello forum members, is it possible to reschedule visa consular appointment to an earlier date if it becomes available on cgi website without paying for visa fees again ?44

Also is it ok to take an OFC appointment 1 month before Consulate- Embassy interview?

Please help with inputs.

If a slot is available, then yes you can reschedule your appointment to an earlier date available.

Its fine for OFC to be done before a month.
