tricky question in B2 interview - urgent

Hi,
It is known that parents should not mention that they are going to help daughter during her pregnancy. But if the officer asks is your daughter pregnant (just in case) should parents say 'yes' or 'no'. I know they should not lie. But if they say 'yes' would that be the reason for not getting the visa?
