Urgent tourist visa appointment for brother

Can someone please help me with this. We took a tourist visa appointment for my brother and his wife for April 7th 2010 however due to certain reasons we needed to reschedule the appointment, we canceled the appointment online yesterday and now when we are trying to book a new appointment today and entering the bar code from DS-160 it says data might be deleted or incorrect. What does this mean? Does it mean we have to fill new DS-160 forms or does it mean we need to wait couple of days and try again. Very unsure and no one picks the phone lines at the help desk. Please advise!!

May I ask, how difficult was it to get the appointment in the first place? Around what time were you able to get the appointment... I've been trying for days and no luck.

What if I fill a new DS160 form do I still have to wait 2 days till i book my appointment?

To get the appointment is a little tuff i think you have to keep checking there are dates available but its almost like they want to hold back and release the dates slow.
