My ex partner has a UK conviction for (telecommunications act). We want to apply for visa but too nervous to book flights and hotels before we get it approved. Do we need to book before we apply? Is there a very big chance he will be denied? Thank you in advance

USCIS clearly mentions, not to book your flights/hotels before securing visa.
