B-2 visa conflict with I-485?

My mom was holding the B-2 visa and had to leave USA without AP when she was waiting for I-485 pending. Now my questions is how can she come back to USA now?
1) Can she apply another B-2 visa?
2) Can she withdraw the last I-485 this time for record?
If she do any one of the above, is it going to affect her future green card application?

Can we get any suggestion to reenter USA in a short period time? Thank you.

B2 visa is not for her anymore.

Since she has shown intent to immigrate to USA, even if she apply for a new B2, most probably it will be rejected.

Better to pursue her I485 now - consult an attorney to convert her existing I485 into consular processing.
