Can a relative sponsor visitor visa for parents whose children are in USA

Ours is unique situation ...

We are in USA on H1 and H4 visa.. since we dont have enoughbank balance we asked our relative to sponser our parents trip andshe also agreed... But now can we apply with children here and a relative sponsering our parents? Its urgent please reply soon..

We are trying to bring our parents to US on a visitors visa....

As we dont have a bank balance of 5000$ for last 6 months .. we asked our relative if they can sponsor for our parents.. and they accepted.
But Our question is can they sponsor for our parents when we are here with H1 status...(the Relative is Our Parents Sister)
