Why Mumbai consulate dates are not showing?

Hi,

I am searching for the interview dates for my parents at Mumbai consulate and the dates are not showing from last one month..OMG...its very annoying...as i am checking after every 1 hr or so...what to do...i need to take the date for there visa ....has anyone having the same problm?

And can i take there interview to other consulate as dates of Mumbai are not showing?

Check at 5:00 PM IST

Mostly dates are open in the India time evening

I have seen open dates mostly on Friday Evening and following Monday evenings (if left).

Hope this will help you...

I was looking for mumbai consulate and got the dates for April 16th for B2.

I usually see open slots around 6.30 am CDT...not sure about delhi consulate dates.

Hey sarahw,
I understand your frustration, this process is really ridiculous.

As sarahw mentioned, I would also suggest looking for appointments on Friday 5pm IST. And keep looking very 5 minutes, not just every hr or so.

This morning when I checked dates weren't available (around 8:30 EST) and I tried again around 8:35 EST and was able to see three open dates... After I was done, I checked back just to see, no dates available. You can try Monday morning 8AM IST also...

anyway...

as i mentioned in my earlier post, i see open slots on Friday around 6.30am Central Time.

Check every 10-15 minutes in Central morning hours starting 5.45am. I had been looking for dates for three weeks( wanted dates for April ) and all the three fridays dates were available in morning.
I have also seen open slots other days of the week but always in early morning hours.

we are also facing same problem where no dates are showing in for tourist visa at Mumbai. Interestingly, dates are shown up for other visa class like H4 etc at Mumbai,but for tourist absolutely no dates even for May.

still trying for appt ,but got nothing.
now i am planning to wake early in the morning at 4 am for taking date as i told u i am in california (pacific time zone).
should i check every day or just on friday, pls guide.

Hey cvarsha,

You can try eveyday, but I would say plan on doing that on Friday. I've seen open dates after 5PM (IST). And check every every 5-10 minutes for few hours.

i have seen the date yesterday i.e. 29th march at 8.37pm ( m also in California )...it was showing only 5th of april...
