Replying tourist visa while another case is in administration process

Hello all,

wanted to know if my sister can reapply for b1b2 while her previous case is in administration process, now the purpose of the visit changed from casual tourism to another sister’s wedding in USA along with tourism. So the itinerary considerably changed.
please advise, as the wedding is on this 25th August.

Hello, My sister had her b1b2 interview on 3July, and consular requested additional documents such as itinerary and her job related. Week after submission, they emailed back saying process will take more and asked her to collect the passport. Now my other sister got her fiancé visa and we are thinking of a wedding here in USA
