visitor visa docs

hi, my parents were born in South India and they are in their 65's now. Is it mandatory to have their birth certificates along with their other visitor documents. am sure they dont have their birth certificates , can any of you confirm on this asap ?

Also, does the property document need to be notarized by somebody if they just fill up the details on a regular paper ?

though my dad is retired, currently he is doing a part time job. which is better to put whether he is working or retired ?

Their birth certificate is not required. Yours is required.
