Bringing Family To US If you Aren't U.S. Citizen yet?

My husband has been in america for 3 years now, he has a green card. He has 4 sisters and 2 brothers at home but are older now. Would his mom have any chance of coming here to visit him? And what type of visa would that be? Do we apply for her, or she has to apply herself? Thanks in Advance.
