Port of Entry question - Total number of visitors at a time

Hi,

My parents, sister and her 2 daughters (total 5) are planning to visit us here in US There are planning to come together. My question is

Will there be an issue in the Port-of-Entry due to the number of people who are coming in together? Is it better to split and come separately?

If it is ok to come together should I need to send any additional support docs or any thing of that kind?

If you could let me know your thoughts on this that would immensely help me.
