B2 Visitor Visa Renewal

Hi Friends,
My parents visitor visa is expiring on October 30, 2019. I have started collecting all the documents for visitor visa renewal for next 10yrs. I want to know whether they will qualify for drop box facility in Chennai consulate. What are the requirements for qualifying for dropbox facility? Is the dropbox facility still available for renewal applicants? Please advise.

While you provide details at CGI portal, with the answer you are going to provide will make the qualification for Interview waiver.
By the way, hope you would have got renewal visa for now.
